Job Description

Event Staff Hours:
4:30 PM-10:00 PM $16/hr + $100 Bonus We are currently seeking Event Staff for an upcoming concert. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated hard worker with a positive attitude!
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist with ticketing, greeting guests, and providing directions. Provide a high level of customer service. Maintain a high level of cleanliness and awareness of sanitary practices. Assist with setting up and breaking down event areas. Help facilitate seating organization and usher guests. Maintain composure in a fast-paced environment and respond to concerns urgently and appropriately. Present a professional appearance and mannerisms.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Previous related customer service or event staff experience is preferred. Strong interpersonal, verbal communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Physical stamina to stand or walk for long shifts and lift at least 20 pounds. Willingness to comply with all safety and event procedures.
Dress Code:
You'll need all black. Plain black T-shirt (no graphics) Black bottoms (pants, shorts, or skirts with no holes) Closed-toe shoes (any color) Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00
