Job Description
Our Events team is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join their team as Part-Time Assistants! You'll be assisting with the setup, execution, and cleanup of town events, including the days leading up to and following events. The hours? We're flexible! They will primarily involve weekends and evenings, with no fixed weekly hours, and will vary based on event schedules and planning. What will an average shift look like? I will.... Assist with the setup of event spaces, including arranging event equipment, setting up decorations, and preparing equipment. Provide support during events, including greeting and assisting attendees, managing event activities, and ensuring smooth operation. Participate in post-event cleanup, including dismantling setups, cleaning event spaces, and storing equipment properly. Assist with inventory management, organizing supplies, and maintaining event equipment. Support overall event planning and preparation tasks as needed. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lift and move event equipment and materials. Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
