Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all on-site event activities, ensuring smooth flow from setup to teardown. Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and translate it into actionable plans aligned with venue capabilities. Manage event staff, including assigning roles, providing guidance, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the event. Oversee vendor relationships for catering, entertainment, decoration, and technical services, negotiating contracts and ensuring quality standards are met. Enforce safety protocols and compliance with health regulations to guarantee a secure environment for guests and staff. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to uphold exceptional guest services and satisfaction levels. Skills Strong negotiation skills for vendor contracts, client agreements, and upselling opportunities. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest relations. Effective time management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple events simultaneously. Knowledge of banquet operations, catering logistics, and restaurant or hotel experience is highly desirable. Ability to manage budgets accurately while identifying opportunities for fundraising or additional revenue streams. Exceptional communication skills for clear coordination with team members, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
