Rhino Sports, a division of REVELxp, is looking for reliable and outgoing individuals to join our team! We provide event staffing personnel to local venues and we're looking for people to assist us in multiple event staffing positions. We service universities in the area and are currently looking for staff to assist with NC A&T Traveling work opportunities may be available for other football games, regional concerts, and NASCAR events. These positions are PART-TIME and event-based , so you work what fits your schedule! • Available to work ALL home football games in addition to training sessions
• 18 years of age
• Strong communication skills
• Offer the highest level of customer service for all patrons in all areas
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude and appearance
• Ability to efficiently problem solve Responsibilities
• Ensure that patrons have proper tickets or credentials for access to premium spaces
• Effectively and efficiently handle patrons' concerns as they arise
• Enhance guests' game day experience
• Demonstrate understanding of policies and procedures within premium space(s)
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for all guests Work Environment
• Will be spending a considerable duration of time standing/walking
• Will work as part of a team to ensure the best experience for guests

Requirements Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
