As an Entry Level Event Assistant, you will serve as a key representative of the brands we support, helping to increase visibility, drive customer interest, and build meaningful connections within the community. Working alongside a sales team, the Entry Level Event Assistant plays an essential role in strengthening market presence and creating a lasting impact.
Entry Level Event Assistant Responsibilities:
Engage directly with customers to educate them on available products, services, and promotions Participate in team meetings, ongoing training sessions, and development workshops to refine communication and sales strategies Conduct market research to better understand customer demographics, industry trends, and competitor activity Assist customers by identifying their needs, addressing sales concerns, and guiding them through service options and documentation when needed Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and scheduling to ensure a seamless experience Work closely with fellow Entry Level Event Assistants to execute targeted sales and outreach campaigns that enhance brand recognition and market share Stay knowledgeable on current offerings, promotions, and value propositions to effectively communicate benefits Build strong, trust-based relationships through personalized interactions and a customer-first approachEntry Level Event Assistant Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or an Entry Level Event Assistant role is a plus Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to connect with a wide range of individuals Detail-oriented with solid problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, team-driven environment Professional, approachable, and confident in customer-facing interactions Goal-oriented with a strong work ethic and a collaborative mindsetPay:
