Full-time position Must be available to work weekends and holidays Weekday days off This is an on-site, hands-on position Candidates should live within a reasonable commuting distance of Hazlet Ideal candidates are located in Monmouth County, Central Jersey, or nearby communities Because weekends and holidays are our busiest times, reliable weekend availability is essential. What You'll DoParty Coordination & Customer Experience Contact parents prior to their scheduled parties to confirm details and help ensure everything is ready for their event Introduce customers to our food, beverage, and party options and upsell when appropriate Work closely with Party Hosts to make sure parties stay organized, on schedule, and run smoothly Be a friendly and knowledgeable point of contact for parents and guests Help resolve customer questions and concerns quickly and professionally Identify opportunities to increase party bookings, upgrades, add-ons, and repeat business Help create an experience that makes families want to come back and recommend Urban Air to others Local Event Marketing & Sales You won't be sitting behind a desk waiting for business to come to you. You'll help create the business! Build relationships with local day camps, schools, churches, sports organizations, businesses, nonprofits, and community groups Promote Urban Air for birthday parties, fundraisers, field trips, team events, corporate outings, school events, and group celebrations Make outbound calls, send emails, visit local organizations, and actively follow up with potential partners Develop new business relationships and turn community connections into bookings Follow up on leads and maintain relationships with existing customers and community partners Identify local events, organizations, and opportunities where Urban Air can increase its visibility Represent Urban Air professionally throughout the local community Help grow our group-event and party business through consistent outreach and follow-up What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is personable, driven, organized, and not afraid to pick up the phone and ask for the business.

The ideal candidate will have:
