Long Beach Island, NJ Full-Time | Evenings & Weekends Required Do you thrive on creating unforgettable experiences? Are you equally comfortable closing a sale, planning every detail of an event, and making sure everything runs seamlessly on the big day? If so, we'd love to meet you. Fearless Restaurants is seeking a Private Party Concierge to serve as the primary point of contact for private events across Daddy O, Tucker's Tavern, Brant Beach Yacht Club, and Queen City Marina. This dynamic role combines sales, event planning, relationship building, and on-site event execution. Event Sales & Client Experience Manage incoming event inquiries across all four venues. Conduct venue tours and build relationships with prospective clients. Book weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and private parties. Guide clients through menu selections, timelines, and event details. Serve as the primary client contact throughout planning. Event Execution Coordinate and execute day-of weddings and events at Brant Beach Yacht Club. Support events at Daddy O and Tucker's Tavern as needed. Ensure every event reflects Fearless hospitality standards. Summer Responsibilities Serve as Manager on Duty at Brant Beach Yacht Club. Oversee Bay Bites Snack Bar, B by the Sea Restaurant, and Fearless-managed club activities. Continue tours and event sales during peak season. Off-Season Responsibilities Build community relationships and generate new business. Prospect holiday parties, corporate events, and retreats. Qualifications Experience in hospitality, catering, event planning, hotel sales, or restaurant management. Excellent communication and organization. Strong sales mindset and guest-first attitude.
