Duties Provide top-notch service and hospitality to our event guests, ensuring a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere Assist with the preparation, setup, cleaning, and teardown for events to ensure all aspects run smoothly Communicate clearly and effectively with management, team members, and guests to coordinate activities and address needs promptly Serve food and beverages to guests in a courteous and efficient manner Support the team in maintaining a clean and organized event space throughout the duration of each event Help manage guest flow and assist with any special requests or needs during events Qualifications Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor Ability to work well in a team environment and follow instructions accurately Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed for events Prior experience in hospitality or event support is a plus but not required; training will be provided Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward guest service Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks related to setup and cleanup Join our team at Rio Grande Winery to be part of creating unforgettable moments for our guests while developing valuable skills in hospitality and event support.
