Banquet Server Reports to: Conference Services Manager and Sales Manager Sagebrush Inn & Suites is hiring a motivated and energetic server with a professional attitude and strong work ethic to join our banquets team. Morning, lunch, and evening shifts are available in addition to flexible opportunities based on experience and skills. Lead positions may be available for those with experience and a team oriented attitude.

Summary:

A Banquet Server with Sagebrush Inn & Suites is responsible for delivering and serving food and beverage items to banquet guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner. Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Set banquet tables to meet function specifications Ability to work cohesively with co-workers as part of a team. Deliver and serve food and beverages, including, but not limited to, meals, condiments and accompaniments Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly and, acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day. Maintain positive guest relations at all times. Be familiar with all hotel services/features and local attractions/activities to respond to guest inquiries accurately. Monitor and maintain cleanliness, sanitation and, organization of assigned work areas. Respond to guest requests in a friendly, timely, and efficient manner Assist fellow team members and other departments wherever necessary to maintain positive working relationships Complete side work including, but not limited to cleaning, stocking, polishing silverware, cleaning restrooms, etc. Be comfortable asking for help when needed. ~The Sagebrush Inn opened in 1929 as a 17-room hotel catering to guests traveling by carriage along the trade route between New York and Arizona. Today, the newly restored Sagebrush Inn & Suites offers a mix of modern comforts and conveniences surrounded by historic Southwestern charm. The property features 156 graciously appointed guestrooms and suites, complimentary breakfast for all stays and delectable onsite dining.
