We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Catering Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our clients and operations, handling inquiries, coordinating event logistics, and ensuring seamless execution from initial contact to post-event breakdown. The ideal candidate balances excellent administrative skills with a passion for hospitality.
Administrative Operations:
Process payments, generate invoices, track budgets, and manage the event calendar.
Event Planning:
Create detailed Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) and distribute them to culinary and service teams.
Experience:
1-2 years in catering, hospitality, or event administrative roles.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft office (word, excel, powerpoint) and Catering Software (Delphi, Salesforce, AS400).
Communication:
Exceptional verbal and written skills for clear interaction with clients and internal staff.
Organization:
