Duties Greet guests with a friendly smile and provide prompt, attentive service to enhance their dining experience Take accurate orders and serve food and beverages efficiently, ensuring presentation and quality standards are met Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, supporting kitchen staff during busy periods Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and service stations Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to ensure satisfaction Support catering and banquet events by setting up tables, serving guests, and clearing after events Follow all food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to uphold health standards Experience Previous experience in fine dining or food industry roles is highly desirable Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with diverse guests Experience in serving, food preparation, or catering environments is a plus Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques Barista experience or familiarity with beverage service is beneficial Experience working in hospitality settings such as restaurants or banquet halls enhances your candidacy Dietary aide or food industry experience demonstrates your understanding of special dietary needs and food safety practices Embark on a rewarding journey where your passion for hospitality shines!
