Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Events Assistant to join our dynamic events team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in event management and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and exciting industry. As an Events Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events ranging from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities. Responsibilities Assist in the planning and organization of events from start to finish. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to secure necessary services and materials. Support the preparation of event materials, such as signage, badges, and giveaways. Help manage event registrations and attendee communications. Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software is a plus.
