Position Summary At DelightMore, unforgettable events don't happen by accident—they're created by a team of dedicated people who prepare, transform, and care for our venues before, during, and after every event. As a Venue Operations Support, you'll help prepare event spaces, support event execution, maintain clean and organized facilities, and ensure every venue is guest-ready. Whether you're setting a ballroom, completing a room flip, washing dishes, or assisting another department, your work directly contributes to the experience our clients and guests remember. Key Responsibilities Venue Operations & Event Support Set up, reset, and restore event spaces including tables, chairs, décor, furniture, and equipment. Perform room flips between events while maintaining DelightMore presentation standards. Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, cookware, utensils, and event equipment. Keep venues clean, organized, and guest-ready throughout the day. Assist with moving furniture, equipment, and event materials between venues. Support events through bussing, food running, bar support, and other operational needs. Assist with inventory organization, deliveries, and event preparation. Complete basic facility upkeep including painting, cleaning, organizing storage areas, and minor maintenance tasks. Perform additional duties as assigned to support successful event execution. Physical Requirements Stand and walk for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 pounds. Perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift. Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Schedule Weekend availability required. Flexible schedule based on event needs.
