Event Assistant Manager

Job Description

Hospitality Staffing Solution is the largest provider of staffing to hotels and resorts nationwide. We focus on luxury to mid-scale properties and are committed to providing safe and dependable job opportunities for our associates. We are looking for a reliable, energetic, and organized Event Assistant Manager to help oversee our event staffing operations. This position is ideal for someone with strong leadership skills who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and managing teams during evening and overnight events.
Position available:
Bilingual Event Assistant Manager Compensation:
The pay range for this position is $22-$24ph. This range represents the minimum and maximum pay that Hospitality Staffing Solutions reasonably and in good faith believes it will pay for this role at the time of posting.
Additional Compensation:
This position may also be eligible for: Tips Discretionary incentives

Supervise and coordinate event staff throughout the shift. Assign employees to their designated work areas and responsibilities. Maintain accurate employee attendance and timekeeping records. Communicate instructions and expectations clearly to the team. Maintain communication with management and the client during events. Monitor employee performance, attendance, uniforms, and professionalism. Assist with resolving staffing or operational issues during the event. Ensure the team follows all safety procedures and client requirements. Provide updates and reports to management after each event. ( Emails / Text or Call ) Assist preparing employees for upcoming events as needed. Requirements Must be authorized to work in the US. Bilingual English/Spanish required. Previous supervisory, hospitality, staffing, or event experience preferred. Strong leadership and communication skills. Must be dependable, professional, and organized. Comfortable supervising large groups of employees. Must be available to work evenings, overnight shifts, and weekends. Ability to work shifts beginning around 5:00 PM and continuing into the following morning, depending on the event. Ability to adapt to changing schedules and event requirements.
