Job Overview Join Candywood Wine Cellar as we continue to grow as Trumbull County's lead wedding and event destination! We're adding a full-time Event Coordinator to our team to manage all our event scheduling and wedding planning in-house. Candywood is seeking someone with previous experience coordinating events who has a passion for hospitality. As we enter 2026, we want a team member who's focused on increasing wedding bookings and providing prompt and organized exchanges with brides. Responsibilities Event planning private parties for between 20 to 250 people. Manage all of our event bookings and collaborate with staff to ensure every party runs smoothly. Stay up to date and manage all emails, messages, and calls regarding room rentals and weddings. Schedule in-person meetings with couples and customers interested in booking. Be our on-site contact during private events and weddings. Maintain our Google Calendar by updating events and bookings. Collaborate with managers and front-of-house staff on increasing wedding and private party bookings. Experience Event or wedding planning experience required. Previous experience in a restaurant or food service environment is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with both guests and team members. Google docs, sheets, calendar, and gmail. Ability to navigate and work within Canva.
