This position works directly with leadership and in collaboration with our marketing and advertising teams to produce events ranging from small luncheons to trade shows. You'll be responsible for the events from inception through execution, including taking initiative, suggesting additional events, coordinating with key stakeholders, and marketing and executing the event. This position is based in Bend, Oregon area. To succeed, you'll need: One or more years working in event coordination is required. A degree in a related field is preferred. Ability to manage multiple events at once Ability to use software to plan and track events Willingness to travel within Oregon occasionally Exceptional interpersonal communication skills Be flexible and creative Sales and marketing skills to assist with event promotion and grow our subscriptions throughout CMGEO Oregon This is not a remote position.
