We provide a wide range of event rental services, including tents, tables, chairs, wedding supplies, dishware, and more. Our team plays a key role in delivering and setting up equipment for events, helping create memorable experiences for our clients.

Position Details:

Provide excellent guest services by answering questions, offering guidance, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout the event process. Manage rental inventory, including checking items in and out accurately and maintaining organized storage areas. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently at rental stations or check-in points. Coordinate with event organizers and team members to ensure timely execution of all rental activities. Address any conflicts or issues promptly with professionalism, working to resolve concerns quickly and effectively. Support other hospitality or food service functions as needed to enhance overall guest experience. Skills Proven experience in events management or hospitality environments, demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong conflict management abilities to handle guest concerns calmly and diplomatically. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor. Experience working with children or in guest services roles is a plus. Ability to perform cash handling accurately and responsibly. Lifeguard experience or related safety certifications are advantageous for maintaining a safe environment. Public speaking skills to communicate clearly with guests and team members. Background in food service or resort operations can be beneficial for supporting various event needs. Familiarity with theater production or entertainment setups adds value to managing diverse event types.
