Anticipated Schedule Anticipated Schedule:
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM, and Thursday from 11:15 AM - 8:15 PM. For full job classification details, see Library Outreach Coordinator. Acceptable Experience and Training Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Social Services, or a closely related field (such as education), and Three years' experience working with a diverse population, including One year of program support and project planning experience, or An equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above will be considered. Licensing and Certifications Valid driver's license and safe driving record. Preferred Qualifications Experience coordinating community, educational, or adult programs. Experience supporting logistics in event, hospitality, parks & recreation, nonprofit, or related settings. Familiarity with working in a library environment or alongside community-focused organizations. Bilingual Incentive Pay Available Employees who can demonstrate the ability to speak Spanish, or any language spoken by over ten percent (10%) of City residents as documented by the most recent U.S. Census, at a proficiency level determined by a fluency test administered by the City, will receive a monthly premium of three percent (3%) of their regular base pay.Application Guidelines Apply Early:
