Job Description

Elite Home Fitness is more than just Massachusett's largest In-Home Personal Training fitness franchise, we are a community of like-minded individuals all motivated towards helping and inspiring others to live a healthier lifestyles. Here's your chance! We're looking for a dynamic, talented, Part-time Event Coordinator who has a natural ability to connect with people, are passionate about motivating and inspiring people to exercise both one-on-one and in small groups, are comfortable and capable of coordinating and selling our in-home personal training and wellness services and pop up events. Our Event Coordinator uses their knowledge to sell our Elite In-Home personal training services, as well as coordinating and executing events across various locations to make sure they run smoothly. Responsibilities:
Book personal events with both residential and corporate clients in MA area . Utilize sales skills to book client consultations and event bookings. Collaborate with other event coordinators to ensure seamless event execution, from setup to cleanup. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and residential staff to ensure repeat business and positive word-of-mouth referrals.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on event coordination. Strong communication and interpersonal skills . Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed. Ability to travel nationwide on short notice. Self-starter attitude with a passion for event planning and a desire to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We make lots of promotions from within so the opportunity for growth is always available. You are paid hourly $20. It is a combination of lead generation, sales, event coordination and Customer Service, territory development with a tremendous amount of career growth and potential. The ideal candidate will have organizational, event planning and the strong ability to sell and coordinate.
