The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, representing our company with a warm and welcoming demeanor. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations, facilitating communication between departments, and supporting administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls efficiently. Manage and schedule appointments and meetings for staff. Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Provide administrative support including data entry, copying, and faxing. Qualifications Requirements Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Friendly and professional demeanor with excellent customer service skills.
