Responsibilities Support the planning and execution of events by assisting with venue setup, registration, and guest management Coordinate with vendors, caterers, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the event are on schedule and meet quality standards Manage event budgets by tracking expenses, processing invoices, and helping with procurement to stay within financial guidelines Utilize event management software and CRM systems to organize attendee information, send communications, and follow up post-event Engage with guests through excellent customer service, addressing inquiries promptly and professionally to enhance their experience Assist in marketing efforts by promoting upcoming events via social media channels, email campaigns, and community outreach Contribute to team meetings by providing updates on tasks, sharing ideas for event improvement, and supporting overall project management efforts Qualifications Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for client interaction, team collaboration, and vendor negotiations Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and presentations Experience or interest in event marketing, event planning, or hospitality industry roles is highly desirable Knowledge of event management software and CRM systems to streamline operations and guest engagement Ability to work collaboratively within a team while demonstrating leadership qualities when needed Prior experience in banquet services, catering coordination, or fundraising activities is a plus Demonstrated time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively during busy periods No age requirement Embark on this rewarding journey where your enthusiasm meets professional growth!
