Full-Time About the Role As Member Engagement & Programs Coordinator, you are the operational and creative engine behind R360's interest-based member programming. You work hand-in-hand with the Benefits & Productions Managing Director to deliver seamless, high-touch experiences — from coordinating intimate member gatherings to managing every logistical and administrative detail with precision and care. You will serve a community of ultra-high-net-worth (UHNW) members, and your work will directly shape the quality and reputation of each member program experience. This role demands someone who is equally creative and detail-obsessed, proactive by nature, and genuinely warm in every member interaction. What You'll Do Program Coordination & Events Provide day-to-day administrative and logistical support to the Benefits & Productions Managing Director across all member programs and events Schedule meetings, prepare agendas, notes, and follow-up actions with precision and accountability Coordinate logistics for virtual and in-person events — RSVPs, travel, vendor coordination, and materials preparation Provide event-day and virtual platform support to ensure flawless execution Collaborate with program leaders to ideate and design creative, high-impact experiences tailored to each group's unique interests Maintain the event calendar and ensure alignment across departments Member Relationship Management Serve as a primary point of contact for members within programs, ensuring every interaction feels personalized, responsive, and warm Proactively engage with members to understand their goals and preferences, translating insights into meaningful programming Track participation, attendance, and feedback in HubSpot CRM Maintain confidentiality and uphold the highest standard of professionalism in every interaction Communication & Administration Prepare and distribute reports, summaries, and updates to a high standard for both internal and member-facing audiences Coordinate updates and materials across Benefits, Productions, and Member Engagement teams Step in during high-volume periods to support cross-team projects You'll Thrive Here If You Are... Requirements:
What We're Looking For Required:
3-5 years of experience in event coordination, community engagement, or program management Strong organizational and administrative skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication — confident, polished, and professional in group interactions Comfortable engaging directly with ultra-high-net-worth members, delivering white-glove service with warmth and discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, virtual meeting tools, and CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) Detail-oriented, reliable, and proactive with exceptional follow-through U.S.-based; ability to travel as needed to support events Bachelor's degree preferred in Event Management, Communications, or a related field
Strongly Preferred:
Experience working in a UHNW environment — family office, private wealth management, luxury services, or an exclusive membership or private club setting Background in member-based organizations, peer communities, or private networks Creative thinker with a demonstrated eye for unique, member-centric experiences and event storytelling
