ASAP start; 6 months; full-time hours Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Talent Relations team, including calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and maintaining organized files and contacts. Coordinate VIP and influencer travel and glam services, including flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, hair, makeup, and styling bookings. Manage expenses, invoices, department budget tracking, supplies, gift packaging, inventory, and related follow-up with internal and external partners. Support events, talent recaps, social monitoring, press clipping, seeding and gifting initiatives, product shipments, gifting lists, and delivery tracking. Anticipate team needs, maintain an organized office and showroom environment, handle confidential information discreetly, and support additional team projects as required. Requirements Administrative or operational support experience in talent relations, public relations, fashion, beauty, entertainment, events, or a related field. Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage calendars, travel logistics, expenses, invoices, budgets, and multiple priorities. Excellent communication and coordination skills when working with VIPs, influencers, glam teams, vendors, and internal partners. High attention to detail, proactive problem-solving ability, and demonstrated discretion when handling sensitive or confidential information. Availability for a hybrid schedule with a typical four-day onsite expectation, occasional five-day peak periods, and full-time hours.
