Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Wedding Planner to orchestrate unforgettable celebrations for our clients. In this energetic role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for couples, guiding them through every step of their wedding journey with enthusiasm and professionalism. Your expertise in event planning, vendor negotiations, and customer service will ensure each wedding is executed flawlessly, exceeding expectations and creating cherished memories. Duties Collaborate closely with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget constraints for their wedding day Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and checklists to ensure seamless execution from start to finish Negotiate contracts with vendors including caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment providers, and venue staff to secure optimal terms Manage event budgets meticulously, tracking expenses and upselling additional services or upgrades to enhance client satisfaction Coordinate logistics such as venue setup, catering arrangements, guest accommodations, transportation, and technical requirements Utilize event management software and CRM systems to organize client details, vendor contacts, and project milestones Lead team members and vendors during the event day to ensure smooth operations while providing exceptional guest services Requirements Proven experience in event planning within the hospitality industry—preferably with banquet, catering, restaurant or hotel backgrounds Strong negotiation skills coupled with a talent for upselling additional services or packages Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software tools Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to strict timelines and budgets Demonstrated organizational skills with keen attention to detail in contract management and event logistics Customer service orientation with a passion for creating memorable experiences for clients and guests Familiarity with CRM systems for client relationship management and marketing purposes Experience in managing event budgets and overseeing catering or banquet operations is highly desirable Hospitality or fundraising experience is a plus; hotel or restaurant background can provide valuable insights into guest services and operations Join us as a Wedding Planner and turn dreams into reality!
