  • SUMMARY
  • The Pantry Coordinator collects orders for expedition of food and collects payment for the food.
The coordinator is responsible for collecting payments for the suites and the goods that are purchased. The coordinator works very closely with the Suite Supervisor to ensure that service is smooth and uninterrupted. The coordinator should understand the content of the menu and ensure the timely delivery of food. Strict following of food and safety guidelines are required.
  • KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
  • Meets with the directors and supervisor before the event to go over details.
  • Manages orders for delivery to the suites before and during each event.
  • Expedites the food and beverage orders placed throughout the game.
  • Ensures all food and beverage is properly displayed and maintained throughout the event.
  • Knowledgeable on all menu offerings.
  • Processes payment for all goods and services purchased throughout the event.
  • Establishes rapport with guests and understands suggestive and upselling techniques.
  • Thoroughly completes all event set-up and breakdown responsibilities within timelines provided.
  • Performs post event product inventory and restocks, as needed.
  • Create, modify and close sales checks in point of sale.
  • Understands all event paperwork and reports.
  • Adheres to location appearance guidelines.
  • Interact with ownership groups to ensure that their needs are met routinely.
  • Maintains service areas.
  • Employs good safety and sanitation practices.
  • Follows responsible alcohol service policies.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES
  • Stand for long periods of time and be able to actively engage physically with guests.
  • Ability to stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
  • React with physical and mental alertness in emergency situations.
  • Demonstrate physical stamina and agility required to be mobile for long periods throughout the day.
  • Lift/move materials and equipment up to 50 pounds.
  • Move from sitting to standing position easily and quickly.
  • REQUIREMENTS
  • The ideal candidate will have 1 year or more experience in foodservice or hospitality, specifically with VIP or premium experience.
Experience working in a high-volume restaurant atmosphere and working with a POS system. An outgoing personality is preferred with the ability to delegate. The candidate should have the ability to interact with high profile guests and remain professional and dedicated to providing exceptional experience. The ability to communicate effectively by speaking and comprehending English, with the ability to problem solve and make decisions with little guidance.
