Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Event Staff to join our team. The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of various events, providing exceptional customer service. This position is perfect for individuals who thrive in dynamic environments and have a passion for event sales and customer service. Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service. Collaborate with team members, engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner to promote products or services. Provide product knowledge and assist with customer inquiries. Process sign-ups, applications, or sales transactions when needed. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and weekly sales goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming booth environment. Requirements Previous experience in events, sales or hospitality is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to handle any customer concerns effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a friendly demeanor. Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
