Job Description
Event Coordinator Dallas, TX Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm On-site | Permanent position Great events come down to preparation, communication, and attention to detail. As an Event Coordinator, you'll help manage the moving parts behind each event, keeping schedules, materials, people, and logistics organized from the initial planning stages through completion. You'll work closely with internal teams and event contacts to make sure requirements are understood, deadlines are met, and each event is properly prepared. A Typical Week Might Include Coordinate event schedules, timelines, and requirements Assist with planning, preparation, setup, and breakdown Organize event materials, supplies, equipment, and documentation Communicate with clients, suppliers, internal teams, and event contacts Coordinate deliveries and logistical arrangements Prepare schedules, checklists, briefing documents, and other materials Track outstanding tasks and follow up on deadlines Support guests, clients, and team members during events Respond to changes and help resolve issues as they arise Maintain accurate event records and information Assist with post-event follow-up and reporting What We're Looking For Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, operations, administration, or a similar environment is preferred. We're looking for someone who is organized, confident communicating with different people, and comfortable managing multiple priorities. You should have strong attention to detail, good follow-through, and the ability to remain professional when plans change. Experience coordinating schedules, suppliers, customers, or multiple moving parts will be particularly valuable.
