Events Manager Laredo, TX Full-time | Monday-Friday | 8:30am-5:00pm On-site | Permanent position Turning Plans Into Successful Events Great events depend on strong organization, clear communication, and someone who can take ownership from start to finish. As an Events Manager, you'll oversee event planning and delivery, coordinate people and resources, and make sure the details are handled so each event runs smoothly. This role is a strong fit for someone who enjoys coordinating people, solving problems, and bringing different parts of an event together. Day to Day Plan and coordinate events from preparation through completion Manage event schedules, timelines, logistics, and requirements Coordinate internal teams, suppliers, and event contacts Organize event materials, equipment, and resources Oversee event setup and ensure everything is ready Communicate with attendees, clients, and team members Monitor events and address issues as they arise Keep event records, schedules, and documentation organized Coordinate changes and communicate updates to relevant teams Complete post-event follow-up and review Ensure events follow company procedures and requirements What's Important You'll need strong organization, communication, and problem-solving skills, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. Previous experience in event management, event coordination, hospitality, customer service, operations, or project coordination is helpful. We're looking for someone who can take ownership, communicate confidently, stay organized, and work effectively with different teams.
