  • 26 per hour + Bonuses + Tips, depending on experience and responsibilities Mileage reimbursement for approved business travel using your personal vehicle About the Position DFW Photo Booth Pros is looking for dependable, outgoing Photo Booth Event Managers to represent our company at weddings, corporate events, fundraisers, school functions, and private celebrations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

This is much more than standing beside a photo booth. Our Event Managers are responsible for helping deliver a complete professional photo booth experience—from picking up and transporting equipment to setting up at the venue, operating the booth, interacting with guests, troubleshooting minor issues, packing everything safely, and returning the equipment after the event. If you're dependable, comfortable with technology, enjoy working with people, and like the excitement of live events, this could be a great weekend position. No photo booth experience is required. We provide training. What You'll Do You will represent DFW Photo Booth Pros at live events and help make sure every event runs smoothly from beginning to end. Responsibilities include transporting photo booth equipment to event venues, setting up and testing equipment before guests arrive, operating the photo booth during the event, assisting and interacting with guests, monitoring photo quality and equipment performance, troubleshooting basic equipment or connectivity issues, communicating professionally with venue staff and event coordinators, maintaining an attractive and organized photo booth area, safely packing equipment after the event, and returning equipment as directed. Depending on the event, you may also capture a few behind-the-scenes photos or short video clips for DFW Photo Booth Pros' social media. Who We're Looking For The most important qualities for this position are reliability, professionalism, good judgment, and a great attitude . You should be friendly and comfortable interacting with wedding guests, corporate clients, venue personnel, and event professionals. You should also be comfortable working independently. Once you are trained, there will be events where you are the DFW Photo Booth Pros representative on-site and will be trusted to make good decisions without constant supervision. Previous experience in photography, events, hospitality, customer service, technology, or entertainment is helpful but not required. Requirements Applicants must have reliable transportation and a vehicle with enough room to safely transport photo booth equipment, lighting, printers, props, stands, and supplies. You must be comfortable driving throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and occasionally traveling farther for events. You must be able to lift and transport equipment weighing up to approximately 40 pounds . Weekend availability is important, particularly Saturdays. Some events may run late into the evening. Most assignments include travel, equipment pickup, setup, event time, breakdown, and equipment return, so an assignment may involve approximately 6-10 hours from beginning to end. You should also be comfortable working with computers, iPads, cameras, printers, Wi-Fi networks, cables, and other event technology. Photography & Technology Photography experience is a plus, but you do not need to be a professional photographer. Experience with cameras, lighting, Lightroom, Photoshop, Canva, iPads, computers, or similar technology is helpful. We are primarily looking for someone who is comfortable learning technology and can remain calm and solve problems when something doesn't work exactly as expected. Training on our photo booth equipment and software is provided. Compensation $22

  • 26 per hour , depending on experience, training level, and responsibilities.

Additional Compensation & Perks Keep 100% of tips earned at events Mileage reimbursement when using your personal vehicle for approved business travel Performance bonuses Referral bonuses Paid training Flexible weekend scheduling Paid training is provided. Why Work With DFW Photo Booth Pros? This is a flexible part-time position that's especially well suited for someone who wants additional weekend income without committing to a traditional full-time schedule. You'll work at beautiful wedding venues, corporate events, parties, fundraisers, and celebrations throughout DFW while gaining hands-on experience with photography, professional lighting, event technology, and customer service. As you gain experience, there will be opportunities to take on more responsibility, manage higher-level events, train other team members, and earn additional compensation. Schedule This is primarily a weekend and evening position. Saturday availability is particularly important. Events vary from week to week, and hours are based on our event schedule. This is not a guaranteed 40-hour-per-week position.
