Job Description

Join BEST Crowd Management as Event Staff in our Event Operations & Coordination team, supporting major venues and live events in the Hospitality & Travel industry. In this professional, safety-focused, and team-oriented role, you'll help manage crowds, control access, and guide guests, ensuring a safe, positive experience from entry to exit. Responsibilities include greeting and directing guests, monitoring doors and checkpoints, supporting emergency and incident procedures, and communicating with supervisors and teammates by radio. You'll receive structured training, work within clear procedures, and gain valuable experience in security, guest services, and event operations with growth opportunities across the GardaWorld family. Responsibilities Greet and assist guests, providing clear directions and event information Monitor entry points, check tickets or credentials, and control access to restricted areas Support safe crowd flow, lines, and seating to prevent congestion and hazards Observe and report safety, security, or guest issues to supervisors promptly Follow established procedures for incidents, emergencies, and lost-and-found Communicate effectively via radio and in-person with team members and supervisors Deliver professional, courteous service that reflects BEST Crowd Management standards Required Skills Crowd management Access control Customer service Conflict de-escalation Communication skills Incident reporting Radio communication Basic security procedures Emergency response support Teamwork and collaboration
