Job Description
Looking to hire event staff to do table and chair setups on wedding and event days. The amount of work varies depending on the amount of weddings and events scheduled for the month, but there are usually approximately 3-4 days of events in a week. You will be given a calendar at the beginning of the month to show which days will require work. It is generally 2-4 hours of work per day. Schedule flexibility is a must. It requires someone who is able to lift and move heavy objects and can work quickly.
This job entails:
- Getting chairs out of storage and placing them correctly based on a floor plan
- Getting tables out of storage and placing them correctly based on a floor plan
- Using a dolly/cart to move large objects
- Working well with a team to create a nice environment
- Cleaning the tables and chairs
- Simple cleaning of the floors and different areas of the building and grounds
- Leaf blowing, pressure washing, raking, etc.
- Helping as needed with other setups
