Position Overview Blessington Farms Operations LLC is seeking friendly, energetic, and reliable Seasonal Farm Event Staff to support our on-farm events and seasonal operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, interacting with families, and being part of a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Seasonal staff may be assigned to a variety of roles including guest services, attractions, retail, sanitation, and general farm operations, based on event needs and staff interests. Key Responsibilities Greet guests with a welcoming and positive attitude Assist guests with directions, event information, and farm rules Operate or monitor attractions, activities, and play areas Assist in retail areas, including basic cashier and restocking duties Maintain cleanliness of public areas, restrooms, and workstations Assist with crowd flow, line management, and safety monitoring Follow all farm policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines Report safety issues, lost items, or guest concerns promptly Perform other duties as assigned to support overall farm operations Qualifications Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills Willingness to work outdoors in varying Texas weather conditions Ability to stand, walk, and remain active for extended periods Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work weekends, holidays, and peak event days Previous customer service or event experience is a plus, but not required Ability to follow safety and cleanliness standards consistently Perks & Benefits Fun and engaging work environment Flexible scheduling (ideal for students, parents, teachers, and retirees) On-the-job training provided Employee discounts and complimentary farm admission opportunities Opportunity for rehire during future seasons Join Our Farm Team If you enjoy working with people, love being outdoors, and want to be part of a welcoming seasonal team, we encourage you to apply and join Blessington Farms Operations LLC.Pay:
