Working in medium-sized teams of 6 to 15 people, they handle tasks ranging from setup and breakdown to crowd management while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment. This position typically involves local travel and requires a combination of light to moderate physical activity. Responsibilities Setup and breakdown event equipment and materials Manage and guide crowds to maintain order and safety Monitor safety protocols and respond to incidents promptly Serve as an usher to assist attendees with directions and seating Preferred Qualifications Entry-level experience in event support Strong customer service skills Clear and effective communication Ability to work well in a team environment
