Position Overview:

We are seeking dependable, professional, and customer-service-oriented Security Staff to join our team. Security Staff are responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment before, during, and after events while providing excellent guest service.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and screen guests upon entry, ensuring adherence to venue policies. Monitor crowd behavior and respond proactively to potential safety concerns. Assist in maintaining orderly lines and crowd flow inside and outside the venue. Perform bag checks, ID checks, and wristbanding as needed. Respond to incidents quickly, calmly, and professionally. Escort unruly or disruptive patrons from the premises when necessary. Work closely with venue management, other security personnel, and local law enforcement if needed. Assist with emergency evacuations and first aid situations as directed. Protect venue property and ensure artist and staff safety backstage.

Qualifications:

Prior security, law enforcement, military, or event staffing experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand for long periods and work in loud, crowded environments. Strong communication skills and a calm, professional demeanor. Must be at least 18 years old. Availability to work evenings and weekends. CPR/First Aid certification a plus.
