WinterWorld will feature a stadium-wide holiday lighting display, a 60-foot Ferris wheel, a holiday retail village, seasonal food and beverage offerings, the tallest Christmas tree in Richmond, special appearances by Santa and Mrs. Claus, including a 12,500-square-foot outdoor ice-skating rink and a six-lane ice slide. WinterWorld is seeking energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our team at the Ice Slide.

Key Responsibilities Guest Safety:

Enforce height, age, and riding rules. Inspect riders for proper positioning before launch. High attention to detail to prevent mid-lane backups, rider pileups, or unauthorized lane switching.

Lane Dispatch:

Coordinate a fast, orderly release of riders down all 6 parallel lanes to maximize throughput without collisions.

Queue Management:

Organize tubes, control crowd lines at the top platform, and direct guests at the landing zone below. I ce

Maintenance:

Sweep debris, monitor slide friction or melt spots, and apply touch-up treatments as directed.

Qualifications & Skills Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand outside in cold winter environments for long shifts and lift heavy snow tubes.

Communication:

Clear verbal skills to instruct large crowds and coordinate with bottom-of-slide landing staff via radio.

Guest Instruction:

Clearly communicate slide safety rules, proper riding posture, and exit directions to guests before they ride.

Customer Service:

Answer visitor questions, provide helpful instructions with a positive attitude, and ensure an immersive, magical holiday experience.
