What You'll Do Assist with coordinating and executing live events and promotional activities Support event setup, registration, presentations, and breakdown Help coordinate team members during events and outreach activities Engage with customers, attendees, and community members Provide information about programs, services, and promotions Support customer service and community engagement efforts Assist with event materials, displays, and promotional activities Help track daily goals and event results Participate in team meetings, training, and leadership development Take on additional event and team responsibilities as you gain experienceWhat We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable working with the public Strong communication and interpersonal skills Organized, dependable, and motivated Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset Willingness to learn and accept coaching Interest in events, marketing, customer service, sales, communications, or leadership Previous event or management experience is not required.
