Venue Reps are the on-site point of contact for clients and vendors, ensuring events run smoothly, safely, and professionally.
What You'll Do:
Prepare the venue before client arrival (lighting, bathrooms, entrance, alley). Support clients, caterers, and vendors throughout the event. Assist with basic AV setup (mics, speakers, projector, screens), venue photobooth, pipe & drape, and other venue-supplied equipment. Conduct walkthroughs, monitor bathrooms, and keep the space tidy. Coordinate with clients near the end of the rental period about timeline and overtime needs. Close and secure the venue, then file an Event Report.Details:
Seasonal & flexible: shifts are based on event bookings and your availability.Shifts:
typically 4-12 hours.Pay:
$21.30/hr for training, $23-27/hr after training - depending on experience. Additional pay is possible for providing extra event services such as photo booth operation, etc.Dress code:
"Fun Professional" - polished and event-ready (no jeans).Who You Are:
Experience within the event industry, customer-service, or other related roles. Professional, friendly, and reliable under pressure. Comfortable working evenings and weekends. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to manage a variety of event types (from galas to weddings to fundraisers).Job Type:
