We're looking to fill the Parking Coordinator position on our event staff team. Please note that all positions are outdoor and on evening/nighttime working hours.

PM Job Description:
The Parking Coordinator is responsible for overseeing and managing event parking operations, ensuring safe and efficient vehicle and pedestrian flow, and coordinating all parking staff during the event. This role ensures that guests and staff have a safe and enjoyable experience from arrival to departure. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, along with a passion for safety and logistical management. 1. Supervise parking staff 2. Coordinate parking plans and traffic control for events. 3. Oversee the day-to-day activities of the event ensuring smooth traffic flow and safe conditions. Direct vehicles to appropriate parking areas, control traffic flow, and ensure smooth operations within parking lots 4. Turning street lights on and off around Whitnall Park 5. Greet guests, provide information, and assist with inquiries, including those related to ADA compliance
Requirements:
1. Must be 18 or above 2. Must be able to commit to the entire event duration, including all weekends. Weekday shifts will rotate. (5.5hrs/shift; 5:00pm - 10:30pm; Tuesday to Sunday) Training will be provided before event starts; background checks may be required Compensation $28/hr; paid bi- weekly
