Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a motivated, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as an Event Coordinator & Office Administrator member. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position that combines event planning and coordination with day-to-day office administration. The ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, communicating with clients and staff, and helping ensure that both our events and office operations run smoothly.
Schedule:
Hours vary based on our event schedule. Typical office hours are Tuesday-Thursday, 10:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., with Fridays and Saturdays often including evening event hours and shifts that may run as late as 12:30 a.m. Flexibility with evenings and weekends is an important part of this position. Responsibilities Event Management Plan, coordinate, and oversee events from start to finish. Communicate with clients, vendors, and event venues. Create event timelines, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate event setup, staffing, and logistics. Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after events. Office Administration Answer phones, emails, and customer inquiries. Schedule appointments and maintain calendars. Prepare invoices, and other administrative documents. Support daily business operations and assist management as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in event planning, or hospitality preferred. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, and Excel. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Must be able to work evenings and weekends for events.
