We're growing fast and need people who bring energy, are good with people, and want to be part of something real. This is NOT a typical front desk job. You'll be busy. You'll be talking to members, giving tours, following up with leads, helping with marketing, learning our systems, and jumping in wherever the team needs you. Some days you'll close a new membership. Other days you'll help a member figure out their billing or film a quick video for our socials. No two days look the same.

WHAT YOUR DAY LOOKS LIKE

• Greeting members and making the gym feel welcoming
• Giving tours to people checking us out for the first time
• Following up with leads via text and phone (we'll give you scripts)
• Helping members with account questions, billing, and scheduling
• Keeping the front desk and lobby area looking sharp
• Learning our CRM and gym management systems
• Pitching in on social media content and marketing events
• Working with the sales and operations team on daily goals

WHO DOES WELL HERE

• You're a people person. Talking to strangers doesn't drain you, it energizes you
• You like staying busy. Downtime makes you antsy
• You're reliable. If you say you'll be there, you're there
• You pick things up quickly and don't need to be told the same thing twice
