Duties Serve a variety of ice cream flavors and toppings efficiently and accurately, ensuring each scoop meets quality standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales transactions smoothly Manage food preparation tasks, including handling ingredients and maintaining cleanliness of workstations Engage with customers to take orders, answer questions about flavors, and upsell additional items to enhance their experience Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and accurately process retail sales transactions Assist in food handling procedures, including serving ice cream and managing food safety protocols Experience Prior experience in food service or quick service restaurants is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Strong customer service skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items effectively Basic math skills for cash handling, making change, and managing retail math calculations Experience operating kitchen equipment or working in a food industry environment is advantageous Demonstrated ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety management practices and sanitation standards Join us as an Ice Cream Scooper where your energy fuels memorable moments for our guests!
