$17 - $21 with tips! We are building a strong team for our future and want individuals passionate about great food with a strong attention to detail and follow through to come and ignite success with us!- Front of House (FOH) Team Member
- The general (FOH) staff plays a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction and smooth operation. They are responsible for providing a welcoming atmosphere, managing customer orders, and ensuring a clean and organized dining area. They are the first point of contact for customers, and their efficiency and demeanor can significantly impact the restaurant's reputation and customer retention.
- A Successful Team Member will
- Arrive for shifts on time. Greeting customers with a friendly smile and guiding them through the menu. Deliver excellent customer service to all guests and maintain cleaning. Handling cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Requirements for the position
- Must be at least 16 years of age. Able to work on your feet for extended periods. Ability to work weekends. Enjoy working with people. Must be able to occasionally lift and move boxes that weigh 20 pounds.
