Our Front of House team helps create a great guest experience from the moment someone walks in, calls the shop, or places an order online. This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys working with people, moves with urgency, takes pride in the details, and wants to be part of a strong team. About the Role As a Front of House Team Member, you will support the daily flow of the shop by helping guests, taking orders, processing payments, answering phones, packing orders, organizing tickets, coordinating third-party delivery orders, and keeping the front of house clean, stocked, and ready for service. Front of House stations may include: Cash Register Packer Slice Oven Shift Lead opportunities as you grow What You'll Do Welcome guests with warmth, kindness, and hospitality Take accurate orders in person and over the phone Process payments and support a smooth checkout experience Organize tickets and help keep orders moving efficiently Pack food items with care and accuracy Support third-party delivery orders and pickups Assist with slice service and other front of house stations as trained Restock supplies and keep the front of house clean and organized Work as part of the team to support fast, accurate, and friendly service Uphold Prime Pizza's standards for quality, cleanliness, hospitality, and teamwork What Success Looks Like You do not need to know everything on day one.
