Crow & Stone Business Group is seeking an Entry Level Team Member to represent AT&T wireless solutions and provide a professional experience for customers in Westminster. This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to develop practical sales experience, strengthen their communication skills, and build a foundation for long-term career growth. The Entry Level Team Member will work directly with each customer to understand their wireless needs, explain available options, and help identify solutions that fit their preferences. Through hands-on training and coaching, you'll learn how to approach sales conversations with confidence while maintaining a positive customer experience. Responsibilities Engage directly with each customer professionally and introduce relevant AT&T wireless solutions. Learn to identify customer needs through thoughtful questions and active listening. Develop sales skills by presenting plans, smartphones, and connectivity options clearly. Create a positive customer experience by answering questions and explaining available choices. Support sales and enrollment opportunities based on genuine customer interest. Maintain accurate follow-up and contribute to daily sales and customer engagement goals. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous sales or customer service experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication skills and a professional approach to customer interactions. Willingness to learn new sales techniques and telecommunications products.
