Part-Time / Full-Time Bari Pasta & Pizza is looking for friendly, energetic, and dependable Front of House Team Members to join our Fullerton team! We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy working with customers, stay productive during slower periods, and can keep up in a fast-paced environment. What You'll Do Greet customers and provide friendly, welcoming service Take orders accurately in person and over the phone Learn our menu and confidently make recommendations Cut, box, and expo food while checking orders for accuracy Help maintain a clean dining room, patio, restrooms, and front counter Restock supplies throughout your shift Work closely with the kitchen to keep orders moving Handle customer concerns professionally Jump in and help teammates when needed We're Looking For Someone Who Is dependable and shows up on time Has a positive attitude and strong work ethic Is comfortable talking to customers Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Can multitask and stay organized during rushes Is willing to learn all FOH positions Works well as part of a team Is available weekends Wants an opportunity to grow Restaurant experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right person. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide prompt, friendly service to enhance their dining experience Take food and beverage orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Process cash, credit card, and mobile payments efficiently while ensuring accurate cash register operations Assist with food preparation tasks when needed, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards Upsell menu items to increase sales and promote specials to maximize customer satisfaction and revenue Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including sanitation of counters, equipment, and dining areas Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently during food service to support smooth operations Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling experience required Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing cash registers Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Food safety certification or willingness to obtain training in sanitation and food handling practices Join us if you're passionate about delivering memorable guest experiences!
