Duties Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service. Prepare food items efficiently while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling and storage. Operate kitchen equipment safely to assemble menu items swiftly and correctly. Manage cash register operations, processing cash transactions and handling cash with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales through effective suggestive selling techniques. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, organizing supplies, and following sanitation protocols. Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately. Knowledge of food preparation, handling, and safety standards within the food industry. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively. Excellent communication skills with a positive attitude focused on teamwork and customer satisfaction.
