Duties Prepare fresh sandwiches, salads, and other menu items with precision, adhering to food safety standards and quality guidelines Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Toast POS to process sales accurately and efficiently Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling additional items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment sanitation Handle cash register operations, processing cash, credit card transactions, and balancing cash drawers at shift end Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly, answering questions about menu options, and addressing concerns promptly Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicers, ovens, and food prep tools, following proper procedures for food handling and sanitation Requirements Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety management practices is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems such as
