Duties Prepare and assemble food items efficiently according to established recipes and safety standards Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process customer orders accurately and swiftly Manage customer orders with professionalism, upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation procedures and food safety guidelines Handle cash register operations, processing cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service Operate kitchen equipment safely, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools Ensure food handling practices meet all health regulations and safety standards Assist in retail sales transactions when needed, supporting overall store operations Support the team by managing time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service delivery Uphold cleanliness standards across dining areas, counters, and kitchen spaces for a safe and inviting environment Qualifications Prior experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred Demonstrated skills in food preparation, food safety management, and sanitation practices Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and clear communication abilities Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales totals Experience operating kitchen equipment safely in a fast-paced setting is desirable Knowledge of food handling procedures and restaurant safety standards is essential Retail or café experience that involves serving customers or managing food orders is a plus Embark on a rewarding journey where your enthusiasm fuels great guest experiences!
