Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Prepare sandwiches according to customer specifications and company standards
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe work environment
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Aloha POS system
• Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing any concerns
• Maintain inventory of sandwich ingredients and notify management when supplies are running low
• Clean and sanitize workstations, equipment, and utensils regularly
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service

Skills:

• Strong food preparation skills with knowledge of different sandwich recipes and ingredients
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet customer demands
• Basic math skills for cash handling and calculating order totals
• Familiarity with retail math for inventory management and tracking sales
• Previous experience in the food industry or food service is preferred
• Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively with coworkers and customers
