Responsibilities Prepare and assemble sandwiches, salads, and other food items according to company standards and recipes Operate POS systems such as Micros and Aloha POS to process customer orders efficiently and accurately Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance Maintain a clean, sanitized workspace by following proper sanitation and food safety procedures Handle cash register operations, process cash and card transactions, and manage retail sales transactions with precision Assist in upselling additional menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales Operate kitchen equipment safely, including slicing machines, ovens, and refrigeration units Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, taking orders, and ensuring guest satisfaction Uphold food safety standards by practicing proper food handling techniques and sanitation protocols Support team members during peak hours by managing multiple responsibilities efficiently Skills Proven experience in food preparation, quick service or fast-food environments, or café settings Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros or Aloha POS for order processing and cash handling Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic attitude Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and follow food safety regulations diligently Basic math skills for cash register operations and transaction processing Knowledge of food industry standards for sanitation, cleanliness, and food handling practices Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and assist customers confidently Previous retail or food service experience is preferred but not required; training will be provided Join us to bring your enthusiasm for food service to life!
